Meet The Chef Jacqui
Hello everyone, I am a classically French trained private chef and I create beautiful dining experiences for you in your home or holiday accommodations and I teach people to cook in person or virtually, the food that I love to cook, to enjoy the process and not to panic in the kitchen.
My experience as a chef working in some of the best professional kitchens and under some of Melbourne and Europe's most talented, passionate and humble chefs has made me the chef I am and allows me to help you to become a better and more confident cook.
The food I love is French cuisine with a modern influence, elegant Italian cookery and modern Australian cuisine introducing native ingredients. Using seasonal, sustainable and fresh ingredients is an absolute must in my kitchen which my kitchen garden plays a big role in and so do my local producers. This philosophy will rub off on you during your lesson.
We have few precious things in life that give us pleasure and enjoyment and cooking and eating food does just that, especially when we get to share those moments together with the people we love.
Bon Appetite

Jacqui our chef contacted me a couple of days prior to our event and completely put any concern I had at ease. I was left confident that she would take care of all our needs and I would have nothing to worry about which was exactly how the evening went. Jacqui was warm toward all our guest but never interfering with our private evening. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jacqui xx

This was a terrific class. Chef Jacqui was a fabulous teacher and host, and the food was all delicious. Made even better by the gorgeous location and the super sweet dog Sophie.

Jacqui made my husband and I feel very welcome in her kitchen. My husband was a little nervous at first as he is not used to doing much cooking but Jacqui put him at ease and involved him in everything. We had a wonderful afternoon. The food was fantastic and we learned so many great tips. It was one of the highlights of our trip to the Mornington Peninsula and a great shared memory that we would more than recommend.
